I started looking into water softener companies after some of our appliances were getting damaged needing replacing and our youngest having ezcema but kept getting worse. I've reached out to several companies but none of them was as straight forward and reasonably priced as these guys! I spoke with Raymond first then Joseph after when I was ready to proceed. They explained everything easily and to the point. We had our water softener and RO water filtration (under sink) installed last Thursday and what a difference these it has made!
I love how soft the water feels and you honestly can feel the difference when washing your hands and showering. I wish we got one sooner.
Btw, I had some questions afterwards and they answered everything patiently and friendly!

I got a whole house water filtration system and under sink RO system installed by Supreme Water Filtration and it was a very smooth and seamless process! Joseph answered all my questions, provided recommendations on which system to get based on my water use, and provided transparent quotes that I thought were fair.

Rene arrived on time and was able to install the dual tank, dual valve system and under sink RO system in about 1.5 hours. I appreciated that Joseph followed up after the installation to see if there were any questions and if everything was working correctly. I had my water softening system installed by Supreme Water Filtration 4 years ago. They also installed a water filtration tower in the garage next to the softener. I have loved having this system in my home as it is self cleaning and all I have to do is add salt. I have not had to clean any shower heads or had calcium buildup around faucets. It has been great! This company installed my system in one day. I recently called them to replace the filter in my tower, but they told me the filter is good for 10-15 years...even more good news. - 12/21/2025

Husband and I contacted multiple water filtration companies and we were very happy to come across Supreme Water Filtration. Communication was always prompt, courteous, and they worked with us dealing with our HOA trying to get the water softener installed with some adjustments. Once we got approval, we set a date quickly and we appreciate they were able to come out so soon and install it so fast. The cost for the whole house filtration we got was so reasonable and our pockets are very happy with the competitive pricing.

Very courteous. Very timely. They arrived on time and installed all in couple of hours. During the installation, they listened to my request of placing the equipment and also directing the drainage with utmost care. Work was done very professionally and without any mess. Competitive pricing and uses all the right components that I cared for. My house is on the older side and would've required some light construction to make the softener usable since I have a pool and grass area that would've needed bypass from the main line. Their team (Rene and Omar) figured out a way to avoid construction and get everything working as desired, which was great. Quotes for the construction alone were in the $2-3K range from other companies. Overall really happy with the outcome, and will consider them for an RO system soon. - 8/12/2025

What a delightful experience. I'm a house manager to a high net worth individual and have to be very selective with the vendors I work with.
